About the Kluger Transportation Research Group

Research

Our lab group undertakes theoretical and applied research in the transportation systems engineering, safety, operations, and planning space. Since 2018, KTRG has worked on projects for local agencies including the City of New Albany, Louisville Metro Government, and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Facilities

Our lab is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology. A server is available to run large-scale and computationally expensive simulations and machine learning algorithms. Virtual reality headsets are in use for several funded projects.
