Robert Kluger, Ph.D., PE

Dr. Kluger started at UofL in 2018. He is an assistant professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Louisville. His research is focused on transportation systems, specifically operations, safety, and planning. He has managed over $700,000 in funded research at the state and federal level. He teaches statics, field measurements, transportation systems engineering, and transportation planning and urban development. Dr. Kluger is a member of the TRB Standing Committee on Urban Data Information Systems and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kentucky. Dr. Kluger graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech in 2012 and a PhD from the University of Virginia in 2016.
